San Giustino

Across the valley that surrounds Pistoia - one of the lesser known towns in Tuscany - on the foot hills of Montalbano lays our house. It's called Villa de'Rossi because it belonged to this prestigous family for hudred and fifty years, but it's known also as San Giustino because the rests of Saint Justin are kept in the little chapel annexed to the Villa. The wing of the Villa, once used as storage and facilities, has been converted into some sort of guest house for tourists willing to spend their holidays in Tuscany. The fact that the house existed long before this conversion gives it its peculiar character. Most of the things you'll find here are not that efficient, but they have a history behind which, to our eyes, makes them interesting. We hope you share this interest and that you'll be willing to experience them.
